1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or clearance items are not eligible for returns. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  • We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for returning the item.

  • 📦 Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the return label.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply to certain items.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product(s) and the packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • 🎁 Gift cards and promotional items.

  • 📥 Digital downloads once accessed.

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


7. Changes or Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.


8. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective products). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is securely delivered, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
