1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom orders, or clearance products, may be ineligible for return. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our customer support team at info@easyrapic.net with your order details.
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Ensure that the package is securely sealed and includes the RMA number.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees may apply for certain returns.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to expedite the resolution process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Digital products once downloaded.
- Items listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
7. Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
8. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
